Join The Wellnest Mamas for a sweet, supportive PuberTea Party at Reverie Coffee & Tea House—a joyful introduction to puberty that centers around connection, confidence, and care.

Puberty doesn’t have to be awkward, scary, or shame filled. A new generation of period-havers is growing up, and we believe this natural life transition deserves accurate information, open conversation, and celebration.

✨ What to expect:

• Age-appropriate, empowering education from special guest speakers.

• Gentle introductions to topics like body changes and menstrual cycle tracking.

• Tea and tea-party treats for all guests.

• A hands-on tea-making station for menstruation cycle support. 

• A fun, creative craft to help visualize and understand the pelvic floor.

• A thoughtfully curated goodie bag filled with non-toxic products.

Most importantly, this experience is designed to help you and your daughter build a foundation of healthy communication, trust, and connection—now and for the years ahead.

Thanks to a generous Weaver Award, a limited number of free community tickets are available.

Paid ticket options are also offered for those who wish to donate and help us bring this event back in 2027 and beyond. Every contribution directly supports future PuberTea Parties and community education.
