Saturday October 4th
Noon to 1 pm: Meet Your Birth-Workers Gathering is our monthly meetup for expecting families or families trying to conceive as a way to meet individuals in the birth community in Northwest Arkansas. Families will have the chance to meet and chat with local doulas, midwives, lactation professionals, and birth support workers of all kinds.
1pm-2pm: Breastfeeding Support Group is a supportive and welcoming space where mothers can connect, share their breastfeeding journeys, and build meaningful friendships. This group is hosted by an experienced IBCLC and ensures that the advice and information shared is accurate and tailored to each mom’s needs. She will also bring a professional scale so you can check in on your baby's weight if you'd like! Whether you're navigating challenges or celebrating breastfeeding milestones, you’ll find guidance, support, and a caring community. Children are *always* welcome, and it’s a wonderful opportunity for both mothers and little ones to grow alongside one another in a nurturing environment. Come for the support, stay for the connections, and leave empowered on your breastfeeding journey.

We heard you.

You asked for more weekday morning meetups—and we’re honored to keep showing up with you.

This month, we’re honored to welcome Leina from Wrapped Together Babywearing Education as our guest leader.
Leina is a certified babywearing educator who has been supporting families in NWA for nearly a decade through creating a local babywearing library. With a background as a children’s mental health therapist and a deep understanding of child development, she brings wisdom, empathy, and practical guidance to help parents bond, connect, and feel more confident in their caregiving journey. She’ll share insights, demos, and tips to help babywearing feel accessible, safe, and supportive for both parent and child.

Let this be your mid-morning exhale.
