Noon to 1 pm: Meet Your Birth-Workers Gathering is our monthly meetup for expecting families or families trying to conceive as a way to meet individuals in the birth community in Northwest Arkansas. Families will have the chance to meet and chat with local doulas, midwives, lactation professionals, and birth support workers of all kinds.
1pm-2pm: Breastfeeding Support Group is a supportive and welcoming space where mothers can connect, share their breastfeeding journeys, and build meaningful friendships. This group is hosted by an experienced IBCLC and ensures that the advice and information shared is accurate and tailored to each mom’s needs. She will also bring a professional scale so you can check in on your baby's weight if you'd like! Whether you're navigating challenges or celebrating breastfeeding milestones, you’ll find guidance, support, and a caring community. Children are *always* welcome, and it’s a wonderful opportunity for both mothers and little ones to grow alongside one another in a nurturing environment. Come for the support, stay for the connections, and leave empowered on your breastfeeding journey.

This month, we’re thrilled to welcome Melissa Reudey of Lean OM Me Doula & Yoga as our guest speaker. Melissa is a doula, yoga teacher, and Indigenous lactation provider, and she’ll be sharing wisdom and encouragement for nurturing your body, your baby, and your breath.

Back to School Swap at The Wellnest Shop! 
August 4–11 | During Open Hours
104 N 12th St, Suite A, Rogers, ARLet’s kick off the school year with less waste and more community! Join us for a Back to School Swap at The Wellnest Shop — happening all week during open hours from August 4–11.
What to bring:• Gently used or like-new school supplies
• Backpacks, lunchboxes, water bottles
• Kids’ clothing, shoes, and outerwear
• Homeschool or educational resources
• Books, art supplies, or unused craft kits
How it works:Bring what you can, take what you need — no need to match item-for-item. It’s all about sharing resources and supporting each other as we prepare for the new school year.
This swap is open to all ages and all school types — public, private, homeschool, hybrid, and everything in between.Let’s build community, reduce waste, and help each other get ready for a great year ahead!

This is the perfect chance to dive into your current sewing projects, and we welcome everyone to bring whatever you’re working on, whether it's a new creation or a project you need help finishing!
• For those new to sewing and looking to learn the basics: if you are interested in doing our beginners project this month, we will be teaching you how to make a small zipper pouch! 
Everyone is welcome, whether you're a beginner or an experienced sewist. Our community is here to share knowledge and support each other in our creative endeavors! 
What to Bring:- Your sewing machine
- Your sewing project or fabric (Be sure to check the posts for how much you will need for the beginners project!)
- All extra notions/supplies
Come ready to sew, have fun, and unleash your creativity! We can’t wait to see you there!

Join us for a cozy, hands-on needle felting workshop on Saturday 30th from 4:30-6 PM at The Wellnest Shop (104 N 12th St, Suite A, Rogers, AR)!
We’ll be adding personality and charm to reusable wool dryer balls using the art of needle felting — a relaxing and satisfying process that involves decorating wool using special barbed needles to create colorful designs.
No experience needed! Whether you’re brand new to felting or just want a fun, crafty way to unwind, this workshop is beginner-friendly and full of creative freedom.
All supplies are included, and you’ll leave with your own decorated dryer balls — ready to bring a little joy to your laundry routine (and help reduce waste while you’re at it!).
