Bottle opened

When I opened the shipping box the cardboard was soggy soaked with the product that leaked from the bottle :(

Good product. Customer Service is lacking

The junior probiotic is good, smells/tastes like a kombucha. I ordered the plastic bottle and the bottom was extended outward, so the bottle does not stand up properly and the lid leaks. I put it in my fridge and the next morning it was leaning against other bottles and had leaked all over. Definitely buy in the glass bottle.

I emailed the company about the plastic bottle issue and never got a response.

Hi Tatiana,

I’m sorry for the inconvenience. With living probiotics there is occasionally overactive fermentation activity during temperature fluctuations. This is the first I have heard from a customer but have heard of similar happening from the company but they do offer glass packaging which would help decrease the small risk of plastic expansion. I would urge you to contact Entegro directly to discuss further, as this would likely be considered a manufacturing defect. Thank you for reaching out.

Fantastic Probiotic

This probiotic has helped my whole family get in balance. We eat a clean diet with real/whole foods and Flourish has just added so many benefits for gut health. It’s great stuff!
