Such an Amazing Workshop

Wow! I was blown away by this workshop. It was jam packed with so many great things. I really appreciated that there was a worksheet that went hand in hand with everything Caitlin was teaching us as she guided us through it. I loved that we were able to create our own bath soak and roller oil bottle filled with ingredients that match our intentions from our worksheet. This workshop was so much fun, and I now have some clearer thinking when it comes to setting intentions and following through. Thank you for this amazing workshop. Can’t wait for the next!
