Postpartum relief in a bottle!!

This is going to be a lengthy review but I wanted to share my personal experience!
I’ve been using the healing mother tincture for around 3 months now. After a traumatic labor as a first time mom I dealt with a lot of PPA, I’ve dealt with anxiety & depression in the past so it was expected but the level of anxiety I felt during the initial 3 weeks PP was unlike anything I’ve ever experienced. After searching everywhere for some kind of natural relief I found this tincture. I initially started using it as directed for anxiety- 4 droppers 2-3 times/daily, I tried to stick to morning & night & if needed throughout the day. After a week or so 2 times/daily had become enough. My anxiety drastically improved & it also seemed to keep PPD at bay. After I ran out, I went about a week without using it & man did I notice a difference. It didn’t come back in full force but I definitely struggled to keep myself calm & collected. Once I got another bottle I started using it twice a day again for about a week, now I use it as needed which still seems to be at least once a day. The ONLY downside or complaint I would say about this tincture is that the organic cane alcohol is STRONG. No matter how much I shake it, it still makes it hard to get down at times. I wish it was made without the alcohol or less of it but the relief it provides is well worth the bitterness. I just follow with some juice and take some deep breaths. I highly recommend trying the healing mother tincture if you’re needing some postpartum relief or just relief in motherhood, it’s not easy but with products like this & support from other mamas we can all prosper!
