This workshop is designed to help people learn how to release emotional baggage—past traumas, unresolved emotions, limiting beliefs, and energetic blocks—using The Emotion Code and a combination of other complementary healing modalities. The goal is to empower participants to heal deep emotional wounds, identify & release trapped emotions, clear their energy, and create space for personal growth and inner peace. This workshop will give participants a toolbox for emotional healing and growth that they can continue to use long after the workshop ends. Please bring a pen and a notebook.

As a Certified Emotion Code & Body Code Practitioner, a Certified DNA Theta & Advanced DNA Theta Practitioner, and a Reiki Master, she blends powerful healing modalities to create a safe, supportive environment for deep transformation and self-discovery.
